notes on a lame friday night

* When one is on massive amounts of antibiotics you simply cannot ingest enough yogurt to balance out your "good" bacteria. The only way to prevent serious nausea? Acidophilus. If you forget to take it before you eat the whole eating thing will be a waste. I'm medically bulimic!!

* The woman from $40 A Day on Food Network? Most annoying woman on television EVAH.

* Amish folks have the freaking strangest accents. Oh, and reality tv still sucks.

I like Rachel Ray! She makes cooking seem fun (she has a cooking show as well as some cookbooks). It's all about the food.

I must agree. I picked up her cookbook - the thirty minute one. Great simple recipes.
