it's like the world series of public speaking

Am I the only one who turned on C-SPAN the minute he walked in the door in order to watch the DNC Convention? Am I the only one planning on doing such all week? Yeah, that's kinda what I figgered. I'm retarded that way, though.

I've been watching it on CNN. As they went to commercial, they played Television. The band! Venus de Milo, I think. Someone at CNN just slipped a cool one by.

I too was watching CNN but had to look elsewhere during Larry King Live. Why the hell is Mo Rocca a correspondant? He's unbearable. I'll tune in to CSPAN tonight.

What is Larry King doing on the air at midnight? Go to bed, sleepyhead! Apparently he draws his life essence from Mo Rocca. Only the undead find him amusing.

What a panel, eh? Ben Affleck, the grinning pollster guy, Al Sharpton, a Kennedy kid and that jerkoff Crossfire conservative pundit. Without such expertise, I'd be totally uninformed.

I wasn't up at midnight. There was an abbreviated show on at the regular time. That one had a better, if still less than stellar panel, Bob Dole, Bob Woodward and Dick Gephardt.

I'm watching it on PBS. But to answer your question, no you're not the only one. I watched every freaking speaker last night and plan to do so again tonight.
