middle of the road

A pretty fun tool can be found at World 66. You can make maps of the states or countries that you've visited in your pathetic little life. I initally went for the global approach but when my map simply colored in all of North America and the lot of Western Europe (plus the former Yugoslavia) I decided it was a bit too uninteresting. My US map, though, is pretty funny

How sad is that? It's just all the middle and Mid-Atlantic bits!

And yes, I do realize that this is my eighth post today. It's cold. I'm bored. Cut me some slack.

eh. blogging a lot builds character. at least that's what i tell myself.

and i refuse to make a map on the grounds that it would be incredibly pitiful and make me cry.

You can do the same at http://www.virtualtourist.com, as well as adding trip reports and pictures and such. Check it out. Here's us: http://www.virtualtourist.com/m/3947b/

Did you include states that you've just driven through or changed planes in? I have a hard time including the changed planes in (Minnesota on my way to Utah), but no problem with counting the ones I've driven through.

I've driven to & from: Illinois/Indiana, Ohio, New York, Maryland, Oklahoma/Texas, and Louisiana. I've also had the "pleasure" of riding a bus from Arizona to the middle of Texas and then driving a rental car the rest of the way to Georgia.
