not carrying the banner

So, is nobody seeing this banner on the page?! It worked fine from home but here at work it's not showing up. Weird?!

I see it, but it's fairly off to the right. But then my screen isn't set to 1024x768.

when i was setting up my blog, my computer did the same thing to me. except my blog just wouldnt work. and i'd harrass people online, "is it working??? is it working???"
