Kudos to the reporter who asked W this question the other day...

Mr. President, Bob Woodward's account of the White House after Sept. 11 says that you ordered invasion plans for Iraq six days after Sept. 11. Isn't it the case that you have always intended war on Iraq, and that international diplomacy is a charade in this case?

He, of course, danced around and never answered the question.
