I'm a little freaked out by what's available on the internet sometimes. I'm helping a cow orker find a new apartment and I stumbled onto the page for my building. This is it. I live in the "more contemporary Atrium."
The freaky bit? The second photo on the bottom (the one of the fountains) is literally taken from my porch. Literally. If you dig around a bit further you can even find the floorplan of my apartment. I'm not going to point that out. Those of you who know my address can feel free to do so. I was surprised, however. I didn't know my place was over 900 sq. feet. It's a great place, just way to expensive. That said, I'm sure I'll be there for several years.

I took a cue from you and looked up our place in S'pore. Sure enough it's on the web. No pics though. However there's this awesome list of amenities, like grocery and pizza delivery numbers, and lists of local repair people. Wunderbar!!

i thought you might find it interesting. not exactly "uplifting" regarding the media's take on people with disabilities nor the general population's for that matter, but really thought provoking. made me reconsider some of my own stereotypes and ignorant, "ableist" thinking.

they don't post all the articles there, but there is a section on "where to buy" that should help. it's an awesome magazine so you should DEMAND that your local bookstore carry it if they don't already...
