1. he had no insurance. none. nada. zilch.
2. all the references to dui are crossed out with black marker on the police report.
3. called maria and she didn't call back.

Wow. I can't believe that. How could they just cross that out. Even if he wasn't drinking — isn't he still responsible for your damages?
